He and Denise bought a summer house in Nova Scotia. Then in 1998, a bolt literally from the blue. But the sea kept calling him, even while sailing on little Buffalo Lake near Stettler in a brave little sailing dinghy. After starting married life in land-locked Winnipeg, and working several years in land-locked Edmonton for CN, he began a long career at Dow Chemical just across the river from his home. Though a child of the Prairies, some twist of nature infused young Art with an inexplicable love of the sea, an appetite whetted by the Sea Cadets with whom he navigated the BC coast. The kids, the three great loves of their lives. There they raised their two children, Marlise (Ramiro) and Carl, and there they cherished their grand-daughter, Sophie. As a married man, with his beloved wife Denise (Rudolph) of 48 years, he bought the old school and made it their home. Her Sister June (Jan), brother Bob (Dianne), sister in law Susan as well as many nieces and nephews. Her grandchildren Kaylan, Ethan and a baby boy to be born this year (2022). Lynne is survived by her daughter and son in law Jennifer Berg and (Trevor Berg) her son Eric Craig and his fiancé (Jean Raymunde-Cadelina) and her son Jeff Craig and his girlfriend (Ochie Paredes Gordula). Lynne moved to Alberta in 1977 where she was blessed to be a stay at home mother and wife for her husband and 3 children. Her first born son Christopher passed away in 1975, she then had her daughter Jennifer in 1976, followed by her twin sons Jeffrey and Eric in 1983. She married Harvey Craig in 1971 and had 4 children. She graduated from Vincent Massey High School in 1970. She was born to parents Eva May Easby and Robert Vernon Easby, on 28 December 1953 in Toronto, Ontario. Lynne Anne Hope Easby Craig, 67, of Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, passed away on 30 June 2021.
